home Night Must Fall

What:
"Night Must Fall" is as eerie as its name implies. Says the play's director, Keli Rodgers, "This is one of my favorite scary plays because it doesn't go as one suspects it will." Set in rural England in 1935, events unfold in the home of Mrs. Bramson, a spoiled, selfish, petulant old lady. Mrs. Branson and her lovely niece, Olivia, live on the outskirts of Shepperly. Also in the home are a cook, a maid, and a wall safe filled with hundreds of pounds. When Mrs. Bramson learns that her maid is "in the family way", she insists that the young woman marry the responsible boy or be fired. Mrs. Bramson calls in the boy, Dan, to give him a piece of her mind, but instead is taken in by his flattery and manipulation. She hires him away from the hotel where he worked
