home New Year's Eve Celebration

What:
The 15th annual substance-free New Year’s Eve Celebration planned by the Park Hill Community Alliance for Youth includes a family party at Platte County Community Center South operated by the YMCA of Greater Kansas City. Hot dogs, snacks and beverages will be served, and DJ Rich Linden will provide dance music and entertainment. Activities include basketball, crafts, an inflatable obstacle course, swimming and other fun games and entertainment for all ages. The event will conclude with everyone watching the famous Times Square New Year’s celebration on TV. Your ticket also gives you access to the following activities earlier in the day: · Ice skating at Line Creek Community Center, 5940 N W Waukomis Drive, 1-4 p.m. · The movie “Cars 2” at Park University’s Alumni Hall, 8700 NW River Park Drive, 4-6 p.m. · Roller skating at River Roll Skate Center, 4720 NW Gateway, in Riverside, 6-8 p.m.
