Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace

What:

This workshop is based on the video Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goldman. The program focuses on emotion as another measure of intelligence and one that is at least twice as important as IQ (Intelligence Quotient) for success in the workplace. EQ is Dr. Goleman's shorthand for emotional intelligence and teaches five basic emotional competencies: Self-awareness, managing emotions, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
