Introduction to Ham Radio

What:

Description: In this four-week class, you'll learn how to become a Ham radio operator and prepare for the FCC Technician License exam. You'll also explore the hobby, service, and emergency opportunities open to licensed hobby amateur (Ham) radio operators. This class is taught by members of the Kansas City Northland Amateur Radio Emergency Service. There is an optional $20 materials fee for the class. There is also a $15 fee for those who choose to take the FCC test. Age Group: Adult, For adults
