Children's TLC 30th Annual Groundhog Run

Join us in the Hunt Midwest SupTropolis on January 29, 2012 as Children’s TLC celebrates the 30th anniversary of our largest and longest running annual fundraiser. The 5K event will begin at 9:00 am and the 10K will follow at 10:00 am. Register at www.groundhogrun.org Believed to be the only entirely underground 10K in the nation, The Children’s TLC Groundhog Run provides competitors a consistently cozy 68 degree road race in the depths of winter. The call of the cave drives thousands of individuals from coast to coast to battle for one of 3,500 limited entries. Thanks to annual sell outs, this unique event has generated over $3 million for children in Kansas City, allowing them soar beyond personal learning delays, disability or medically fragile condition.
